Timothy C. (“TC”) Walker-Dupler, Esq.

Timothy C. Walker-Dupler is a Los Angeles-based attorney that handles cases all over California. Walker-Dupler is dedicated to his clients, keeps them updated and informed, and does everything he can to make sure that his clients get compensated fairly. Walker-Dupler’s hard work since becoming an attorney has helped his clients recover over $100,000,000 in verdicts and settlements.

Walker-Dupler’s success stems from his attention to detail, strategizing, and connecting with his clients to make sure he understands how his client’s situation has affected their lives so that the damages are presented and compensated for.

Because of his hard work, Walker-Dupler was named on the Super Lawyers Rising Star list in his second year as an attorney, and every year since. Walker-Dupler is also on the education committee of TBI Med Legal, a brain injury conference that connects lawyers and doctors so that they can better understand how to prove brain injuries and present their client’s case. Walker-Dupler was awarded an Honorary Award for his effort in putting together the 2021 conference.

Prior to starting his own firm, Walker-Dupler worked at prestigious Los Angeles based law firms and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Suzanne H. Segal in Federal Court, where he wrote orders and researched complicated civil evidentiary issues before the court.

Walker-Dupler is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice in California State Courts and Federal District Courts in the Central District of California. He received his law degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While attending Loyola he served as a staff member and editor of the Loyola Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review, he volunteered with the Los Angeles School District where he taught trial advocacy and participated in Loyola’s Civil Litigation and Trial Advocacy Practicums where he focused on practical lawyering strategies to be an effective litigator.

Prior to law school, Walker-Dupler worked for 5 years at Walker Advertising/Los Defensores, focusing on providing legal access to underserved Latinos in the U.S. via mass media. This experience inspired him to pursue law and protect people who would otherwise be taken advantage of. He also spent a year teaching English in Madrid and studied for a year in Salamanca, Spain where he studied Business and Spanish.

Walker-Dupler is a proud member of many attorney associations throughout Los Angeles, California, and the U.S., where he works to better the lives of his clients at large. Walker-Dupler loves his work and is always focused on getting his clients the best result.

Mary Ann Walker

Mary Ann Walker has 30 years of experience accelerating growth in, and access to, the legal sector. Early in her career as an interpreter in the courts of Los Angeles, Walker saw those in need denied fair and equal justice because they couldn’t speak English. Walker marshalled the Spanish-speaking attorneys she knew and started Los Defensores in 1984, serving the legal needs of the US Latino community. Having grown up in Mexico and being Latina, she has dedicated her life to understanding the US Latino markets.

A year later, Walker created a second collaborative legal advertising network, The Defenders at 1-800-THE-LAW2, to expand to English-speaking legal consumers. Walker was both creator and spokesperson for the brand, appearing in more than 65 television commercials.

Walker is an active civic leader in a variety of political and community issues. In response to Proposition 187, Walker and her staff created ‘Ciudanania Ahora,’ and registered hundreds of California residents for U.S. citizenship. Walker and her team were also involved in a campaign called ‘Ganemos Fuerza’, registering more than 4,000 Latinos to vote.

Walker actively supports political candidates who defend the rights of consumers and is a member of the National Latina Business Women Association,a lifetime President’s Circle member of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), and a member of the Pacific Council. In addition, Walker sits on the Advisory Board of the Woodrow Wilson Center and the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club.

Walker is a graduate of Webster University, Los Angeles, where she is a member of Delta Mu Delta, the International Honor Society in Business Administration. She holds a Certificate for private equity from Harvard Business School and attended Harvard Business School’s Women on Boards program. Walker is a Certified Translator by University of California, Los Angeles.
